Teach Me 2 is South Africa's largest private tutoring company, founded in 2007. We provide tutors to high school and university students predominantly. Our improvement rate is 90%+ and the average increase to marks is 20%.
Customer Support is key to our business. Our Support staff facilitate the tutor management, lesson scheduling, and billing of our customers.
When a tutor lets a customer down, it's up to our Support staff to ensure they end up satisfied and keep having lessons.
