The tradition of awarding the most outstanding support teams began in 2014 when Nicereply awarded 10 teams in 8 categories. Throughout the following 7 years, we have been rewarding many companies that delivered a unique experience to their customers and users. We're thankful that with the help of these talented customer service teams we get to continue the tradition of Customer Happiness Awards in 2022 as well.

Our Customer Happiness Awards are based solely on the use of Nicereply and providing excellent customer service.

In 2022 we're giving awards in 3 categories, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Customer Loyalty (NPS), and Effortless Experience (CES). We're also giving out a couple of honorable mentions to companies achieving Biggest Growth & Most Ratings in the three main categories.
